Poor Quality - Charge to Exchange

Beware of purchases from Coolibar, Minneapolis, MN, makers of sun protection clothing.
A hat I ordered from them arrived and was of such poor quality and workmanship, it is almost unwearable. Though never indicated in their literature, it was made in China.
When I contacted them about the problem, I was met with disinterested customer service representative who informed me that I should send it back postage-paid and insured; all at MY expense. This cost turns out to be almost a third of the cost of the whole purchase.
Then they would either send me a new one or refund my purchase price minus the postage fees.
What a racket. I will not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone. They don't stand behind their products at all.
